I started with 440 yards of worsted weight yarn in Sea Shells. I was able to knit one adult sock (I only need one for display) and one child's size 1 cardigan. These items were knit single strand with the same dye lot. I did not alternate between skeins. This was a special purchase and I won't be getting more. As of this posting I have exactly 2 lbs. of each colors, divided into 8 oz. bags. 2 lbs. is enough to spin for a ladies medium sized sweater. The 8 oz. bags sell for $24.99 each. The roving is a mostly wool but may contain other fibers, as well.
